Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OG Chat — the website, dashboard, flow editor, and embeddable widget (together, the "Service") — operated by Orbits Global ("OG Chat", "we", "us"). By creating an account or installing the widget on a website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. What OG Chat is

OG Chat lets you build a conversational question flow in a visual editor and embed it on your website as a chat widget, via a single script tag. Visitors who interact with the widget submit answers that are collected into your OG Chat dashboard as leads. You control the questions asked, the branding shown, and (where configured) any downstream branching logic.

3. Your account

You need an account to build flows, customize branding, and view collected leads. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

4. Fees and plans

Some features of OG Chat may be offered under paid plans. Where a paid plan applies to your account, the pricing, billing cadence, and payment terms presented to you at signup or in your dashboard govern that relationship. We may change pricing for new subscription terms with reasonable notice; we won't change what you've already been charged for a current billing period. Non-payment may result in suspension of access to paid features.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use OG Chat to:

• Collect sensitive personal data (health, financial account numbers, government IDs) without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards
• Send spam, phishing attempts, or otherwise deceive the people who interact with your widget
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with one
• Violate any applicable law, including data protection and consumer protection law in the jurisdictions where your visitors are located

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Your content and the data your widget collects

You own the flows, branding assets, and copy you create in OG Chat. When your widget is live on your website, the answers your visitors submit belong to you — you are responsible for how you use them, and for obtaining any consent or notices required by law in the places your visitors are located. We process that data on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

OG Chat, its logo, and the underlying software are owned by Orbits Global. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

8. Third-party links

A flow you build may include link buttons or messages pointing to third-party websites (your own booking page, social profiles, etc.). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of sites you choose to link to.

9. Service provided "as is"

We work to keep OG Chat reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We don't guarantee the Service will be error-free or that every visitor conversation will be captured without loss.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Orbits Global won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or lost leads — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using OG Chat and remove the widget from your site at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or where required by law. Where reasonably possible, we'll give you notice first.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Orbits Global against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or the content of the flows you publish.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll make reasonable efforts to let account holders know before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
